The box is a rugged weatherproof enclosure that is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. Constructed from High-Impact, UV Resistant Polycarbonate material that provides superior durability to impacts and ease of modification while maintaining minimum weight. It is well suited for high temperature or corrosive environments. The included wall mount brackets come uninstalled and bagged with their hardware inside of the enclosure. Once the brackets are installed the enclosure can be mounted directly to any flat wall surface provided proper screws are used into secure studs. The brackets, once installed, also allow you to use compatible HGX-PMT pole mount kits to mount to a variety of pole diameters. The clear lid features a Stainless Steel piano style hinge pin system that allows for quick removal & can be reattached just as quickly for maximum access and flexibility to install equipment. The clear lid provides an unobstructed view inside the enclosure allowing for the monitoring of installed equipment and its data readout, activity or warning lights without the need to open the lid. The enclosure comes with four Non-Metallic locking latches, two on the side and one each at the top and bottom of the lid to provide a tight NEMA Type 6P/ IP68 rated* seal. The lid includes a padlock eye allowing you to secure the enclosure from tampering or unauthorized access. The enclosure comes in a Dark Gray (Pantone 422C) The HGX-PMT series of pole mounting kits allow the populated enclosure to be securely mounted to a variety of different size poles. Compatible versions include HGX-PMT39, HGX-PMT40, HGX-PMT41, HGX-PMT42 (sold separately) Mounting standoffs inside the enclosure can be used to install backplates. We offer three compatible aluminum back plate options (sold separately) • HGX-NPLATE45 with dimensions of 21.0” x 21.0” • HGX-NPLATE46 with dimensions of 22.1” x 22.1” which provides 10% more mounting space • HGX-NPLATE47 with dimensions of 23.3” x 23.3” which provides 20% more mounting space We also offer a standard PVC back plate (sold separately) • HGX-NPLATE48 with dimensions of 21.0” x 21.0” Additional compatible accessories available: (sold separately) • NBPC-24-DIN35K DIN Rail Kit *Note: Any holes or openings you might introduce must be properly sealed to maintain NEMA Type 6P / IP68 rating.

The IXP-C2628 series 10gig ix Industrial connectors are next generation Ethernet plugs that are 75% smaller than a typical RJ45. This allows for parallel 10mm pitch mounting which is ideal for daisy-chaining and connector dense applications. They have durable metal shells with high EMC resistance, a robust rating of 5,000 mating cycles and up to 10gigbit through-put for Category 6a or 7 use. High resistance to vibration and motion along with a lockdown pins contribute to a 25N disengage force which allows ix connectors to function in spaces where a standard RJ45 would fail. IXP-C2426-B is a crimp type ix Industrial plug/male with A type keying. It can be terminated to wire gauges in the of range of 26 to 28AWG. The ix Industrial connectors meet IEC 61076-3-124 standards and are recognized as an official Machine Vision connector. 10g throughput will handle up to Category 6a or 7 applications and is backwards compatible with Category 5e and Category 6 use. Hand tool HT-IXP is recommended to crimp both the cable clamp and IDC contacts on the IXP-C series. ix Industrial connectors are idea for use in industrial environments as their small, durable and robust form factor along with high-speed transmission and PoE properties contribute to smart manufacturing and equipment evolution beyond RJ45. IXP and IXJ ix plugs and jacks available at L-com include connectors in both solder and crimp style as well as PCB mount capable receptacles in upright, horizontal and vertical right angle orientations. L-com also offers terminated ix assemblies in the TRGIX series with LSZH, cost-effective PVC and industrial, outdoor, high flex jacket options. Finished cable connector combinations for all jacket types in both ix A and B keys include: ix plug to ix plug, ix plug to RJ45 plug and ix plug to RJ45 jack. ix A key is designed for Ethernet use while ix B key is meant for non-Ethernet use such as signaling, serial or industrial bus communications.
